Our sublimation inks are all water-based and toxin free. We currently have confirmations that the inks for mugs are vegan friendly. They're OEKO-TEX® approved (they don't contain any regulated or unregulated chemicals harmful to the environment). There are no animal by-products used to create the ink, and not tested on animals.

All orders are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging.
Our printing fulfilment time is generally under 2 working days to ship if you purchase prior to 1pm in normal times, but around special events and when we are busy it is up to 7 working days. Then it’s all down to Royal Mail to do their job. Products are sent with Royal Mail’s 1st class service, but let’s be realistic we all know that’s between 1-3 days shipping in the UK. Please get in touch if you are experiencing any delays.
